Product detail and style: VANNI REMIX, glasses realised in collaboration with the European Institute of Design. A pair of glasses that encompasses thirty years of eyewear in just one glance. The Remix sunglass collection for women are realised in collaboration with the jewellery and accessory design course at the European Institute of Design in Turin. The VANNI REMIX glasses were born from the collaboration between VANNI and an entire class of third-year students over the course of an academic semester. Remix was the best of the ideas presented; one frame that hides within it three different styles, proposing a harmonious synthesis of past and future. The original pair of glasses sums up and integrates three styles that have characterised eyewear through the decades: the “Cat Eye” of the fifties, the “Round” of the sixties, and the “Oversized” of the seventies.
